Three Sea Turtles Fountain Bronze Statue

In a corner of the patio, three sea turtles rest one upon another, and water slips from the top shell down over the backs below before gathering at the base. The sound is a soft, unhurried trickle, like a tide drawing back over smooth pebbles. Their shells are patterned in fine relief, cool and slick beneath your fingers where the water runs. Sit beside it in the evening and the air feels a degree cooler, with the faintest memory of the sea.

The trio was modelled in clay and cast in bronze, each turtle given lifelike markings and a gentle expression. Suited to indoor or outdoor settings, it makes a calm focal point beside a garden seat, on a patio or at the centre of a small courtyard.
