Shipping policy
Free Shipping
Every order ships free by ground to the 48 contiguous United States. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
- Most pieces usually ship in 7 days or less, straight from the studio that makes them.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada may be possible for some items for an added fee. Contact us for a quote.
Made to Order
Some pieces are handcrafted just for you. The product page says so, along with how long it usually takes.
- Most made-to-order pieces ship in 4 weeks or less.
- Some ironwork takes up to 12 weeks.
- Once production begins, a made-to-order piece can't be canceled, returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Freight Delivery
Large, heavy pieces travel by motor freight (LTL) with curbside delivery. The product page notes when an item ships this way. Please check your delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Extra freight services, such as inside delivery, white-glove service, a change of delivery address or a missed delivery appointment, may carry an added fee. Please contact us to arrange them.
Time-Sensitive Orders
Need something by a certain date? Contact us before you order. We can often work with the studio to speed things up (added fees may apply).
International Orders
Please contact us to ship outside the United States and Canada. Heavy or oversized items can't ship internationally. International orders can be returned only if an item arrives damaged or defective, for exchange only.
