Reclining Deer Table-top Bronze Statue

A deer rests with its legs folded beneath it, head raised and alert, as if it has just heard something stir in the woods. Set on a windowsill overlooking the garden, it brings the hush of a forest clearing indoors, where the air smells of pine and rain. Its fur is finely textured and its ears smooth under the fingertips. It is a small, peaceful presence for a shelf or side table.

It is cast in bronze by the lost-wax method and offered in brown or antique green. It suits a mantel, a bookshelf or a quiet nook.
