Manhattan Dining Table Base
Manhattan Dining Table Base
(free shipping)
City gardens teach economy: every line has to earn its place. The Manhattan dining table base brings that urban sensibility to a long table of 72 by 36 inches at a standard 29-inch height, its neoclassical frame crisp and architectural rather than ornate. Made in iron, it suits a dining room that opens onto the garden, a glass conservatory or a sunlit garden room. Lay a top of Carrara marble or polished concrete across it, then soften the scene with a long, low run of white hellebores, trailing ivy and tealights, the sort of table where talk carries on long after dessert.
