Mandarin Side Table Base
(free shipping)
Every chair in the garden deserves somewhere to set down a glass. This compact side table base, eighteen inches square and twenty-two high, is from O'Brien Ironworks' Dynasty collection and slips easily beside a lounge chair or at the end of a settee. Top it with a small round of glass or stone, cool to the touch on a hot afternoon, and it becomes a perch for iced tea, a paperback and a pair of secateurs. Try it in Chinese red beside a potted gardenia on the porch, or in light grey on a pool terrace where the white of a moonflower opens at dusk.
