Large Meditating Frog Table-top Bronze Statue

Beside a shallow stone basin, a frog sits cross-legged in lotus posture, eyes softly closed, utterly at peace. The trickle of a nearby water bowl and the green scent of moss make the corner feel like a small retreat. Its skin is textured and cool beneath the hand, and its round belly and folded limbs give it a gentle, grounded weight. On a desk or a meditation shelf, it quietly slows the pace of a room.

Sculpted in clay and cast in bronze by the lost-wax method, the frog is finished in a rich brown and verdigris patina that gives it depth and an aged character. It suits indoor or outdoor placement and looks best on a low table, a zen garden stone or a studio shelf.
