Highstreet Chippendale Armchair

There is something quietly formal about a Chippendale chair set out on the grass, as if the garden has been invited to dinner. This Highstreet armchair carries that eighteenth-century spirit into iron, with arms that invite you to linger long after the plates are cleared. It is made to sit outdoors, at a terrace table beneath a pergola heavy with wisteria, or around a firepit as the jasmine opens at dusk. Painted white it reads as crisp and coastal; in hunter green or faux verdigris it slips back into the boxwood and lets the planting take the lead.
