The Gothic Garden Armchair keeps that romantic spirit in a compact, upright chair, slender enough to tuck into a corner of a walled garden or to stand in pairs either side of a door. Picture it at the end of a hornbeam allée, under an arch of climbing roses, or on a Florida veranda among staghorn ferns and potted orchids. Dark grey gives it the gravity of old church ironwork; Chinese red turns it into a small, cheerful folly.
