Gaylor Garden Stool - White

Trellis is one of the oldest ideas in the garden, and this stool carries it in relief: a raised diamond lattice wraps the whole drum, crisp enough to cast its own small shadows in the raking light of early morning. The glaze is a soft, quiet white, so the pattern does all the talking. It reads beautifully against dark foliage, set among ferns and Japanese aralia, or beside a white climbing rose on a cottage terrace. Bring it onto the screened porch as a side table for a stack of seed catalogues.
