French Country Coffee Table Base
French Country Coffee Table Base
(free shipping)
On a deep porch at dusk, with the ceiling fan turning slowly and the frogs starting up by the pond, the low table is where everything lands: a jug of iced tea, a bowl of gardenias, a pair of reading glasses. This French Country coffee table base is sized for just that role, long and narrow at 44 by 20 inches, so it slips in front of a sofa without crowding anyone's knees. Its ironwork has the unfussy charm of a farmhouse in Provence. Top it with weathered stone or clear glass, and gather ferns in old urns and a pot of trailing jasmine around it.
