Daniella End Table

Stone has a way of holding on to the morning. Lay a hand on this tabletop at seven o'clock and it is still cool from the night, a soft grey with a matte, faintly chalky surface that takes the light without glare. The softened square sits on a single slender column and a round foot, so the profile stays clean and uncluttered beside a chair. Set it at the elbow of a lounger on the pool terrace with a glass of iced tea and a pot of rosemary, or let it keep company with silver-leaved olive and lavender in a gravel courtyard.
