Cat Bookend Pair Bronze Statues - Tabletop Bookends Set

Two cats keep watch at either end of a row of well-thumbed books, ears pricked, tails curled with that easy feline grace. In the hush of a reading nook, with a lamp glowing and the faint, sweet scent of old paper in the air, they seem almost to listen as the pages turn. Lift one and it settles back into the palm with a cool, satisfying heft, the fur under your thumb finely textured. On a quiet evening with a cup of tea going cold beside you, they make the shelf feel lived in.

Each cat is cast in bronze by the lost-wax method, which holds the alert faces and sleek bodies in crisp detail. A multi-toned patina with soft verdigris accents gives them warmth, and at six pounds they hold books firmly on a library shelf, a desk or a mantel.
