Alexia Garden Stool - Blue

Rain on a slate roof, a heron standing in the shallows, the blue-grey bloom on a ripe plum: these are the colours of the Alexia stool in blue. Its scalloped cream top flares outward over a fluted body speckled in a soft, misty blue, so the form reads like a cross between a toadstool and a column capital. The glaze is cool and smooth under the hand. Pair it with blue agapanthus and silver-leaved artemisia on a terrace, or use it as a drinks table beside a white wicker chair on the porch.
