Small Turtle Fountain Bronze Statue

Half-hidden among hostas at the edge of a small pool, a turtle seems to glide forward, flippers outstretched, while water wells up and flows gently from its back. The sound is a soft, private trickle, the kind you notice only when the garden grows quiet. Its shell is richly textured, its face and limbs delicately modelled, the bronze cool and glossy with moisture under your fingers. In the evening the air around it feels damp and green, faintly scented with moss.

The turtle was modelled in clay and cast in bronze, with the detail of shell, face and limbs carefully captured. Compact and suited to indoor or outdoor settings, it sits happily in a garden nook, on a patio or as part of a larger water feature.
