Small Sitting Lions Bronze Statue Set

At either side of the garden gate, two lions sit upright and composed, manes falling in heavy waves, gazes fixed calmly on whoever comes up the path. In the low gold light of evening they seem to keep a gentle watch over the house. Rest a hand on one and you feel the deep ridges of the mane and the smooth, cool sweep of the flank. With the scent of box hedging and warm stone in the air, the entrance takes on an old, settled dignity.

The pair was modelled in clay and cast in bronze, mirrored in pose and proportion, and finished in a hand-applied patina that develops rich character over time. Suited to indoor or outdoor settings, they look best flanking a gate, driveway, front door or staircase.
