Sitting Lion Bronze Statue Pair

Where the drive turns toward the house, two great lions sit on guard, chests broad, manes flowing, heads raised with quiet authority. As the morning mist lifts off the lawn they emerge slowly, like sentinels who have kept watch all night. Their bronze manes are deeply carved and cool beneath your hand, the muscles of the shoulders firm and smooth. The air around them smells of dew and clipped yew, and the approach feels suddenly ceremonial.

The lions were modelled in clay and cast in bronze by the lost-wax method, then finished in a rich patina that develops more character over time. Matched in symmetry and suited to indoor or outdoor display, they look finest flanking an entrance, a gate, a grand foyer or the foot of a staircase.
