Reclining Moose Bronze Statue

A bull moose rests in the long grass at the edge of a woodland, broad antlers raised, eyes calm. In the early morning the air smells of wet earth and pine, and mist drifts low across the lawn. His fur is textured and his antlers broad and ridged under the hand. He brings a sense of strength at rest to a large garden.

Cast in bronze by the lost-wax method, he carries a multi-layered patina with subtle colour variations that bring out every contour. He needs space and looks best at the edge of a meadow, beneath trees or beside a pond.
