Rainshine Accent Floor Lamp

Picture a beach-cottage veranda: ceiling fans turning, a hammock, the hiss of surf somewhere beyond the sea oats. This floor lamp would sit happily in that corner. A slim pole rises sixty-one inches from a round base, lifting a lantern-style shade with a woven look up to shoulder height beside a chair. The body is painted brown and the iron base painted black, and the overall effect is relaxed and a little bohemian. Pair it with a teak lounger and a few clay pots of snake plant, or set it on a screened porch where the light filters out through the palms beyond.
