Ming High Back Armchair
Ming High Back Armchair
(free shipping)
A high back lends a chair a certain presence, the feeling of a throne set quietly among the plants. The Ming High Back Armchair takes its lines from classical Chinese furniture, its tall back rising above the arms with the composure that tradition is prized for. O'Brien Ironworks forges it to order in iron or aluminium. Set one at either end of a dining table, or a pair flanking the doorway to a garden pavilion, among clumps of black bamboo and the broad leaves of fatsia, where it catches the low light of evening.
