Manhattan Coffee Table Base
Manhattan Coffee Table Base
(free shipping)
Slim and urbane, the Manhattan coffee table base is drawn with a confident neoclassical hand and scaled for real living: 48 inches long, only 20 deep and 18 high, narrow enough to leave room for legs, and a sleeping terrier, in front of the sofa. In a sunroom lined with potted fiddle-leaf figs and kentia palms, it brings a note of structure among the foliage. Top it with glass to keep the ironwork in view, or with a slab of honed stone to anchor the room, and dress it simply: a stack of garden books, a bowl of clementines, a single stem of amaryllis.
