Koala Bronze Statue

Tucked beneath a silver-leaved shrub, a koala sits in its unhurried way, round ears tufted and face calm. The breeze moves the leaves overhead and carries a clean, faintly medicinal scent, like eucalyptus after rain. Its fuzzy ears and soft-looking coat invite a gentle pat, and the bronze answers with a cool, solid weight. It brings a quiet, slightly playful note to a border or a sunny atrium.

Sculpted in clay and cast in bronze by the lost-wax method, the koala carries a hand-applied patina that resists weathering and gains character over time. It is equally at home indoors or out, and looks best in a garden nook, atrium or lobby.
