French Country Demilune Console Base
French Country Demilune Console Base
(free shipping)
A half-round console against a wall brings a gentle curve to a room that may be all straight lines. This French country demilune base stands twenty-nine inches high, a comfortable height for a lamp, a tray of seed packets or a bowl of lemons picked from the tree outside. Place it in a sunroom, a covered loggia or a hall leading out to the garden, topped with stone or glass. Its provincial character feels warm and lived-in, especially in beige or faux cherry, with a jug of garden roses and lavender filling the space with scent.
