Four Colorful Hummingbirds Table-top Bronze Statue

Four hummingbirds gather along a bronze branch, held in the flicker of a summer afternoon when the air itself seems to hum. Set on a side table or near a sunny window, their colors glow against the warm brown patina, lifted by touches of silver and gold. The piece brings to mind the sweet scent of honeysuckle and the faint whir of wings at the feeder. Beneath the fingertips the bronze is cool and finely detailed, from feather to bark.

It was sculpted in clay and cast in bronze, then colored in a choice of three palettes: red, orange and light blue; blue, green and purple; or a newer gray and green. It is intended for indoor display and is at its best on a desk, console or bookshelf where the light can catch the colors.
