Fawn Scratching Head Bronze Sculpture

Caught in the middle of scratching its head, this young fawn has the unguarded charm of an animal that thinks no one is watching. Tucked at the edge of a border or beside a garden path, it rewards anyone who comes around the corner. The scene is all birdsong, warm earth and the green smell of the understory. Brush a hand across it and the bronze fur is finely textured and cool.

It is cast in bronze by the lost-wax method and offered in three patina finishes, Maple, Chestnut and Verdigris, each developing a natural character as it weathers. It suits woodland gardens, estate lawns and naturalistic plantings, where it can be discovered rather than displayed.
