Fairborn Loveseat

Sunday mornings on the porch call for a seat built for two: one with the crossword, one with the coffee, both within reach of the same plate of warm biscuits. This loveseat carries the Fairborn signature, arms of hand-painted black aluminium laid out in an open grid like the panes of an old garden window, with plump cushions in a soft, pale cover. Those dark lines read beautifully against whitewashed brick or a hedge of glossy podocarpus. Set it beneath a turning ceiling fan on a screened porch, with a potted kentia palm standing at either side.
