Directoire Statement Tree Box - 26" Panels
(free shipping)
Directoire style is neo-classicism at its most poised: restrained ornament, strong verticals and the cool symmetry of Paris at the end of the eighteenth century. This Statement Tree Box brings that discipline to the potted garden. Its 26-inch panels and 30-inch height make a handsome home for a citrus tree, a pyramid of boxwood or a fragrant gardenia standard, and the clean lines look especially fine against limestone and gravel. O'Brien Ironworks forges it to order in iron or aluminium. Place a pair on either side of French doors, or march a row along an allée where pleached hornbeams frame the view.
