Campo Wall Sconce IV - White

Picture a limewashed courtyard in late spring, bougainvillea spilling over the top of the wall, and against it a white cone of metal tipped forward on its arm like a flower turning toward the sun. This sconce has that gently inquisitive posture. The funnel shade is white, the arm straight and set at an angle, and the effect is clean and slightly graphic, with all the crispness of a sailcloth awning. Pair it with terracotta pots of rosemary and lemon verbena by the kitchen door, so that the herbs are lit for an evening snip, or hang it above the entrance to a pergola.
