Agua Pouf - Blue

After a summer thunderstorm clears, the sky over the garden goes a rinsed, tender blue, and that is the colour of this pouf. A tonal medallion floats at its centre, barely darker than the ground, like the faint pattern of a watermark held up to the light. Soft and serene, it suits a restful spot: a shaded corner of the porch beneath a hanging Boston fern, or a seat beside the birdbath where the blue echoes the water. Pair it with white-painted wicker and the scent of orange blossom drifting from a potted citrus nearby.
